Site Requirements and Deployment
A structured path from kickoff to care delivery
Overview
A successful OneRoom installation in a medical setting requires careful planning to ensure the environment meets necessary health, safety, and operational standards. Prioritizing accessibility, hygiene, and compliance with relevant regulations supports patient care and staff efficiency.
This page provides a high-level overview of what to expect from kickoff through go-live and ongoing support.
Deployment Overview
Kickoff and alignment: Role alignment across clinical, IT, and operations teams, with shared goals, success metrics, and site readiness confirmation.
Site preparation: Validation of power, HVAC, and network connectivity, along with coordination of installation logistics.
Installation and configuration: On-site equipment installation, system calibration, and workflow configuration aligned to local operations.
Training and validation: Staff training, workflow walkthroughs, mock patient encounters, and quality assurance testing.
Go-live: Launch for patient care with performance monitoring and active support.
Site Requirements
Most existing exam rooms already meet OneRoom requirements. During onboarding, our team validates readiness and coordinates directly with facilities and IT teams. Location must have a clear access for installation team.
